Donc, si vous travailler pour les grosses compagnies vous n'etes qu'un numéro a leurs yeux. Et votre bien etre, ils s'en contre fiche.

Regroupez-vous. Reconstruizez des communauté locales. ou votre travail soutien
le bien etre de votre voisin et son travail souitien votre bien etre a vous.

but if your project involes a community
then from what ive experienced so far,

a coop type of orgsnisation is better

 

even better:
group of personal projects connected together to reinforec a community.

remembeer: your doing buisssness not waging war.
applying warfare startagies in the buisness world leads to
consumer mistrust in buisness poeople, burnout, losing the most competent workers, corporate fragging.

if you do buisnenss wit a warrior mindset you'll vcreate enemies
among your clients and co-wrokers there are no winnersd in eternal wars



buisneess should be an extention of helping and reinforcing conmmunities

the folloiwing i learend from observin on of my friends. he worked in a radio station. and gradually workhimself up to the position of radio station manager. after5 years he decided to move on and try something else. when his employess found out. they dshoked and sadened. THEY DIDNT WANT HIM TO LEAVE!!! (vive mcgilles!!!)

here is his advice:

dirty work should be done together regardless of hiarchy
not doing so promotes resentement among new employeess (who will then speak negatively once they do not work for you anymore)

the privileges you give youreslf as a leader you must give to those who work for you. fairness generates loyalty and respect

learnt to identify a persons intentions
find out why they are doing what they are doing
the hidden undelying motive. use this knowlege to create allies not enemies.

show people that you have the power to crush them but that you have no interest in doing so. (they will respect you for not hurting them and they will not try anything stupid because they have seen your power)

give visibility tho your co workers (say thank you!, good job!)

scolding an emploee in front of customers
giving onself privileges thst one doesnt want to give ones employees
intimidating employess to thepointwhere they are notinterested insharingtheir taelnts with your buisness
telling your employees that his work is never good enough
treatin your emploees as if their were children
never say thank you
instilling a sense of job insecutity in the minds of co workers

promoting a high turn over rate culture in ones buisness
(waste time training, lose expreiced workers, the former employess transmit a nevgative image of your company to new potential workers and cutomers)



buisnessas a veiled form of extortion
