Despair-busting
When you feel the past has been wasted, the present is unbearable,
and the future is bleak....



  The following advice fell into my lap as I was trying to find ways of shortening my life. I felt that I just did not belong to the "reality-time-space" into which I was born.

The advice sounds really wackoo. But, maybe it can help...



What thoughts do you hold about yourself?
What do you think of you daily life?
How do you see your body?
What do you think of your relationships
with others?


   

What are your "Beliefs"

Our beliefs are thoughts we repeat ourselves regularly end with which we uphold our perception of reality. Beliefs are like hypnotic suggestions and you reinforce them constantly with your internal dialog. I the beliefs are positive, they will do you good; if they are negative they will make you depressed and focus on the negative.

To identify your beliefs, listen yo your emotions. Your emotions will lead you direct to your beliefs.


So how do I change my beliefs?



   

The point of power

THE PRESENT IS YOUR POINT OF POWER.
When you try to change your beliefs, look at the past while keeping in mind your new vision (new beliefs). If you are sick, remember a time when you were healthy. Then, look for clues in your present life to find signs of healthiness. The mere fact that you are alive can be seen as proof that health is in you!
The faster you start to act in sync with your new beliefs, the better.

Another example:
If you are poor, and are trying to bring abundance into your life, you have to, in your actual state of poverty, pose a symbolic action that will show that you are ready to accept the change.

As absurd as it may sound, you'll have to spend a little bit of money or behave as if you had more money than you already have. (Live as if you had access to abundance in the now.) You must respond to your new beliefs. Thus, the new belief will cross your nervous system..

You tend to adopt a behavior in accordance to your beliefs. If you put all your will into changing some of your habits, the message will come through. But, you must take the initiative yourself in the present. You must change your point of view, the way you look at your past and present, and imagine your future

Find within yourself, tangible signs of the desired experience

Exercise:
For 5 minutes concentrate on the fact that this moment is your point of power. Let yourself be penetrated by the certainty of your emotional spiritual and psychic capacities - that these are concentrated in your flesh. And, for 5 minutes, direct all your attention on what you want. Use visualization or verbal thoughts, what ever comes more naturally; focus not on what is missing. Focus on what you desire.

Put all your attention/energy into this. Then pass on to other things. Do not check if it works. Just make sure your intentions are clear. Then, in any way you want, do something - an act - that is in accordance with your new belief or desire. Behave once a day in such a way to demonstrate that you believe in what you are doing.
Examples:
You feel lonely-> smile at someone
You are poor-> buy an objet that cost 2 cents more that what you usually buy

The new belief, sustained by 5 minutes and supported by an action can bring, in some cases, really impressive results.


 


   

"Natural hypnosis"


"For 5 or 10 minutes a day use natural hypnosis to open yourself to your new desired beliefs. During this exercise, concentrate as intensely as possible on one single affirmation in all kinds of ways as possible. Do not let yourself be distracted. Should your spirit want to wander, channel these images in the direction of your affirmation."

"For a certain time, I will suspend my beliefs and accept with determination the new belief I have chosen. I will do as if I am under hypnosis, being at the same time the subject and the hypnotist. The desire and the belief will thus make one. There will be no conflict because that is how I want it to be. during the period I will completely change my old beliefs. Even if I am sitting calmly, in spirit I behave as if my new belief was already an integral part of my world. "



    "Natural hypnosis imagery"

Make a drawing , a painting of the reality you want to live. Look at the image as intensely as possible and as often as possible until you can visualize it in your head at any moment. Look very intently at your image, allow yourself to feel utterly convinced that what you are looking at will come true.
